This excellent Tuscan oil, produced near Siena in the picturesque Chianti Classico region, is the fruit of an ideal environment and the passion of Matteo Giusti. With its taste that is both fresh and delicious, this olive oil is tinged with sunshine. When tasted, we find notes of still green banana and green apple, enhanced by notes of nuts.
