The recipe we developed is based on coral lentils, a legume rich in fiber and protein.

They come from a cooperative in Tarn-et-Garonne, with which we work to develop regenerative practices at the scale of the group of producers.   The guarantee of a tasty taste is also thanks to organic French tomatoes grown in open fields in the South-West from a group of around fifteen farmers.   Naturally rich in protein, this exotic dahl is the ideal practical dish to plant-up your plates. •Why partner with chef Thierry Marx?

Beyond his multiple Michelin stars, Thierry Marx is known for his social and environmental commitment: support for small local producers, collaboration with Restos du Coeur, culinary training for prisoners... The chef defends a responsible vision of food that we let us share fully.

Together, we will continue to refine our recipes, improve our products and develop new ones. •Virtuous agricultural practices for growing coral lentils.

Coral lentils are grown by the producers of our partner cooperative in Tarn-et-Garonne.

We support producers towards organic soil conservation agriculture; a diagnosis was notably carried out with a farmer from the cooperative, in order to find out about the agricultural practices used.   Growing legumes allows nitrogen to be stored in the soil, which provides it with a certain fertility and reduces its dependence on synthetic nitrogen fertilizers.

However, the latter are responsible for nearly 40% of greenhouse gas emissions linked to the agricultural sector in France. Allergens: Gluten (traces), Soy (traces)
