PRECAKED OATS CREAM (25 kg)

Oats are a cereal that provides a lot of energy. With more lipids than other cereals, it is rich in essential fatty acids (produced by linoleic acid). It is a favorite of forced laborers and is a staple in Ireland, Scotland and northern England. It is used as a complementary food in the rest of the world. Precooked oat cream is recommended for feeding infants, pregnant women, convalescents... For 2 people. Semi-thick consistency: 2 tablespoons cream of oats, 1/2l water or better, kombu seaweed cooking water (provides a mineral supplement and, through the seaweeds natural glutamate, strengthens taste of food). This pre-steamed flour requires cooking for 3 to 5 minutes. For young children: dilute further and cook for 10 minutes.
