Quinoa is the “Mother Cereal” of the Incas. It is an excellent source of magnesium, iron and potassium. Without gluten, quinoa replaces, with great interest, most cereals and rice. It contains more protein than the majority of cereals (assimilable and without the need to combine it with legumes because it contains all the essential amino acids). Quinoa flour mixes with another flour and brings an exotic touch to a cake, pancake batter, biscuits,...
