WHITE BUCKWHEAT FLOUR (500 gr)

White buckwheat flour is widely used to make delicious Breton pancakes, mixed equally with wheat or spelled flour. Pancake recipe: mix in 1 bowl 1 ½ cup of white buckwheat flour, 1 pinch of salt, ¾ cup of wheat flour. Add 3 beaten eggs, dilute 2 ½ cups of milk, whisking + 3 tbsp. melted butter. Cover with plastic wrap so it touches the surface of the dough, refrigerate for 2 hours. Bring the paste to room temperature before use. Delicious with maple syrup!
