NIGARI (250 gr)

Nigari is a natural marine magnesium chloride crystal. 

In cooking it is used to coagulate soy milk to produce tofu. 

It can also be used to take a course of magnesium (on the advice of your doctor or naturopath). 

Nigari increases immunity and stimulates the body, it is a tonic for the body and mind.
