Durum wheat semolina is obtained by coarse grinding of the moistened grains of durum wheat, followed by drying and sieving. It is excellent for making dessert creams or semolina cakes and pasta. A certified organic company, in addition to labels and internal controls, the products we distribute are subject to official Belgian controls: Certisys, Biogarantie and/or Demeter.
