ORIGIN: this product is made in France with wheat from Occitanie. INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, wheat gluten, Malted wheat flour. ALLERGENS: wheat gluten. PACKAGING: paper bag. STORAGE: If the temperature in your home is above 20°C, the flour may deteriorate. During hot weather, please store flour in the fridge or freezer.
