Young and old alike can enjoy this blend that comforts your taste buds while taking care of you. A recipe without bitterness, spicy enough to warm your palate without overwhelming it. Does not replace medical advice or treatment. PREPARATION TIPS: 🇦🇷 Argentinian Style (with a filter straw) 1. Fill a cup or mug with 30 cl. br />2. Add 1 tablespoon of mate. br />3. Pour hot water (80° max). br />4. Place your filter straw and let it steep for 5 minutes or more. Taste, then re-infuse the same dose several times! 🇫🇷 ToFrench (like an infusion) With a teapot/tea filter/infuser mug... 1. For 30 cl of water, add 1 tablespoon of mate. br />2. Pour hot water (80° max), let it infuse for at least 5 minutes. Serve, enjoy, then re-infuse up to 2 to 3 times!
