ARMONJA - Primitivo IGP Salento Red Wine 2021

In Puglia there are presumably 300 days of sunshine a year, therefore the grapes develop a very high sugar level and consequently a very high alcohol content. This wine is probably a substantial example of an interesting Apulian wine, typical of this region. Alcohol content 16.5% Vol. with an acidity of 5.9 and a sugar content of 1.7. Best served at a temperature of 16°-18°C / 60-64°F.​ Pairings: It is a wine that can be drunk and paired even with desserts, but also with fruit and cheeses. It is thought to be the best example of an interesting, high-alcohol wine from southern Italy.This primitivo is an elegant, rich wine and is probably one of the best examples of how far Apulian wines can go.
