Primo Re - Red Wine 2021

Wine obtained from Primitivo grapes harvested when fully ripe in the vineyards grown in Salento, areas of ancient winemaking tradition.   Intense red in colour, it has a broad and persistent aroma, with perceptible hints of plum and cherry.   Vinification: after destemming the grapes (without pressing) the must ferments in contact with the skins for 6-7 days at a temperature of 24-25° C.   Aging capacity: 3 or more years depending on the harvest.    Name First King Classification IGP Salento Rosso Primitivo Production Area Salento Grape variety or blend Primitive Gradation 14% Vol. Color Intense red
