Zucchini is a very common vegetable ... but ours basks in the sun and absorbs the nutrients of the Sicilian soil that provide it with the typical vein-like, almost yellow hues. Our courgette marries the sea and the time of the island to take on a strong, almost arrogant taste. It lends itself to everything: from grilled soups, from creams to pasta.
