Carnaroli risotto with morels

From the Morchella family, the morel (Morchella) is a spring mushroom, which is one of the most coveted for its very particular and very fine taste. A little like the truffle, it is one of the prestige mushrooms, probably also because of its capricious nature regarding its appearances! Ingredients: Carnaroli rice, morels 3%, onion, button mushroom, parsley, leek. No salt, preservatives and colorings.
