Pasta - Organic Plain Spaghetti

After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our spaghetti (2 mm) are handcrafted by rolling and then dried at low temperature and for a long time (18-20 hours). The gentle work of the dough with our rolling mill allows for ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes). Our tagliatelle are bagged manually and meticulously, guaranteeing careful packaging. Manufacturing process: Rolling and drying at low temperature. Ingredients of organic origin, without colorants, without preservatives, without ionization. Labeling language: French, English, German.
