Artisanal dry pasta with eggs and durum wheat semolina, made in our Breton workshop. Our spaghetti is rolled, the nests are formed by hand and then slowly dried before being wrapped by hand. To be cooked in a very large volume of water, our long pasta are classics that stand out during cooking and will accommodate a number of sauces. Allergens: gluten, egg.
