Pasta - Twist 6 Flavors

After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our twists are handcrafted by extrusion and then dried at low temperature and for a long time (18-20 hours). Our 6-flavor mix is made up of natural twists, Provencal, curry, ceps & boletus, spinach and black sepia. Our twists cook quickly (6 to 8 minutes). On each of our packages, a jumper is carefully placed manually.
