Pasta - Plain & Spinach Twist

After a rigorous selection of raw materials, our twists are produced by hand by extrusion then dried at low temperature for a long time (18-20 hours). This reference is a mixture of plain twists and spinach twists.
Our twists cook quickly (6 to 8 minutes).
On each of our packages, a jumper is carefully placed manually.
