This Calvados is a blend of 2 vintages matured for 6 to 7 years in oak barrels. It is powerful, with a woody character, a beautiful balance combining liveliness and roundness, a deep golden yellow. Considered an out of age, this is a rich and structured Calvados that blossoms elegantly on the palate with beautiful roasted aromas.
