Pistachio and Black Cherry Colomba

We have chosen to create an unusual but winning combination, to surprise the palates of the most greedy people.       In this colomba, the traditional Perrino Pregiata Pasticceria dough meets the unique, strong and unmistakable flavor of pistachio, and combines it with the tastiness of candied black cherries. The result is a perfectly balanced combination of flavors, which allows anyone who tastes it to experience a new experience in the world of pastry making.       To make this dove even more delicious and further accentuate the flavor of the pistachio, we covered everything with a white chocolate icing combined with the delicious pistachio cream from the Perrino pastry shop.
