Natural cider with EuskalSagardoa Designation of Origin made 100% with native apples from organic farming in the Petritegi apple orchards. -ELABORATION: Our family makes this natural cider following traditional methods: growing apple trees and harvesting the harvest; selection, washing, crushing and pressing of the fruits in the farmhouse winepresses; fermentation of the musts and racking in the family winery; bottling of cider. -APPLES: 6 of the best native cider apple varieties have been selected, coming exclusively from plots of the Otaño family grown organically (5 Ha). -CATA'S NOTES: View. Straw yellow color, slight turbidity and txinparta characteristic. Smell. Fruity aromas. Taste. Cider with a lot of character and freshness. -CONSERVATION AND SERVICE: The bottles should be stored horizontally in a cool, dark place free of foreign odors. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 13ºC, pouring at a height of around 30 cm into a wide, thin glass, slightly inclined, using the built-in pourer-cap. Vol. 6% Does not contain gluten.
