A mixture of our nutrient powders of rosehips, nettles and blueberries. Mixing ratios are as follows: rosehip (50%) nettle (30%) & amp; blueberries (20%). Our powders are dried at room temperature to preserve all vital substances in the best way and together these components make up a highly nutrient-optimized food. On pH balance, we have used this mixture ourselves throughout the years. The mixture is developed with both nutrition and taste experience in mind. Rosehips are one of the most vitamin-rich sources known and are considered good for, among other things, the immune system, skin, pigmentation and cartilage regeneration in osteoarthritis. The rosehip is also astringent (astringent). Nettle - the hillside's equivalent of algae. It contains about 70 vital substances, rich in chlorophyll, but also amino acids, iron, vitamins, steroids, flavonoids, folic acid, calcium and more. Nettle is considered to have a blood-purifying and strengthening effect. Blueberries are rich in sterols and strong antioxidants, mainly the dye anthocyanin. Use As with all our pH powders, you can mix the multi-powder into a drink with a good juice or in a berry smoothie (feel free to add flaxseed oil, then you get a real super drink). Feel free to dose 2-3 tablespoons with each drink.
