We often describe the nettle as the landback's equivalent of algae. It is a suitable description as it contains very many useful substances. Nettle contains not only plenty of chlorophyll, but also silicic acid, iron, calcium, folic acid, amino acids, magnesium, formic acid, serotonin, acetylcholine, glycocides, flavonides, manganese, steroids, provitamin A and C and B vitamins in easily absorbed forms. Our nettle powder contains leaves from European nettles that have been gently dried at room temperature. This drying process is necessary to preserve the approximately 70 vital substances in the best way. Use Feel free to take 1-2 tablespoons / day. Do not heat the product. You can advantageously mix the nettle powder with, for example, grapefruit juice or another beverage to dampen its prominent taste. You make a good smoothie from nettle and our powders from blueberries and rosehips. Feel free to add cold-pressed flaxseed oil!
