Our purple powder is named after its beautiful color and is a mixture of our popular berry powders Aronia, Blackcurrant and Blackberry. The mix consists of 40% black currants, 20% aronia berries and 40% blackberries. We have put together this powder to meet the needs of those who want to get maximum nutrition from several of our berry powders. The mix is carefully balanced with both taste and nutrition in mind. In addition to the antioxidants, these berries contain a proper dose of the otherwise relatively hard-to-find vitamin K, which makes the purple powder a good complement for you who eat our pH lime. Vitamin K facilitates calcium absorption. Our fruit and berry powders are dried at a low temperature to preserve all nutrients as gently as possible. Remember that dried powder is a concentrate of the berry or fruit itself and the content becomes a nutrient concentrate that is an excellent complement to balance the diet.
