Gourmet salt, German rock salt

This natural rock salt was formed more than 200 million years ago when the Zechstein Sea dried out. It is now stored underground at a depth of 400-750 meters and is mined in central Germany. It contains numerous supporting materials, e.g. B. naturally bound iodine. It is a natural product that is only ground and sieved.
