Bolognese sauce

The Bolognese sauce is a classic of Italian cuisine prepared with minced beef and fresh tomato with basil. Cooked over low heat according to tradition and without adding preservatives. Ingredients: Tomato pulp, beef, tomato paste, water, pork, carrot, onion, celery, olive oil, salt, white wine (contains sulphites), pepper.
