Honey Vinegar - 250ml bottle

Vinegar from the fermentation of honey from producer Makis Bairaktaris. It is an artisanal vinegar without any coloring, additive or preservative, made only with beeswax, water and honey. Unlike apple or wine vinegar, honey vinegar is much better tolerated and digested by the body and digestive organs, thanks to its lower acidity level which makes it less aggressive on the stomach.
