How is it made? This product is made from hand-selected beans, dried in the sun and dehulled after undergoing a gentle roasting process. Harvested from ripe fruits, Criollo and Trinitario varieties. The roasted cacao nibs have a strong and pleasant taste of dark bitter chocolate. There are numerous health benefits of cacao. Its high antioxidant and nutrient level makes it a healthy choice to incorporate into your daily diet. This product can be consumed as a snack, or as a base for making chocolate products. They can also be used in energy / chocolate bars, fine chocolate, desserts or baked goods. Product comes in bags of 25 Kg craft paper per unit.
