Raw Cacao Nibs

Raw Cacao Nibs are an excellent snack or can even be used in baking, desserts or as confectionery. In baking, they give a crunchy texture with a slightly bitter flavour. Raw Cacao Nibs have a very similar taste to cocoa, the main difference being that they are more intense as they are in their most natural form. Technically a superfood because of their wide range of antioxidants nutrients, they are rich in Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Copper  Potassium whilst still being low in sugar. Add to muesli or trail mix for a snack, use in cereals or grind to a smooth powder  pinch over rice pudding. Volume: 48g resealable pot. Shelf life 18-24 months.
