Pate` Dried San Marzano tomato

Spread from the Queen of Tomatoes, the San Marzano Tomato! This is sun-ripened at the foot of Vesuvius and therefore particularly fruity. After drying, the tomatoes are gently processed according to the old recipe. A pleasure as an antipasto on Ciabatta or to refine tomato sauces.
