Exotic Re-Belle Jam

EXOTIC jam made in Aubervilliers (93) by the Re-Belle association, from unsold fruit from Parisian supermarkets. Hand-cooked jam in small quantities. Prepared with 80% fruit and just enough sugar to become a jam!
