HOJICHA ORGANIC

Hojicha, roasted Japanese green tea, is a composition of leaves and branches. During the roasting process, the leaves are roasted at high temperature over charcoal. Its infusion releases an amber liquor, with a warm scent of toast, with a sweet flavor enhanced with a note of hazelnut. Consumed in Japan after meals, its low theine content makes it an everyday drink. This tea is very popular with the Japanese who drink it as an accompaniment to sushi.
