Composition of the Tzatziki mixture This mixture is made to measure by us. It is made with dill, kaffir lime, black pepper, parsley and pink salt. It goes perfectly with mild recipes based on Greek yoghurt. In short, it brings lemony and herbaceous notes for a touch of acidity just what is needed. This mixture is created with spices from Turkey and Madagascar. Association & Dosage Although we mainly use it in tzatziki, it can also be used for fish.
