Basket made from an oyster bag, including natural fleur de sel from the Île de Ré 140g and coarse dry salt 400g from the Île de Ré, harvested manually. It’s an oyster pocket roll that we cut and shape into a basket shape. The best part is that it is reusable for many things beyond the originality of the oyster bag which we divert from its use but which remains in our domain of the marsh.
