A delicate fleur de sel harvested by hand on the Ile de Ré between Couarde sur Mer and Ars en Ré, in the heart of the Relais salt marshes. We added wild garlic, harvested in spring. This mixture will be ideal for your plant-based recipes, whether in soups, savory pies or salads. As always, in a zero waste approach, we package it in a glass container with a cork jar. Our new labels are more easily removable so you can easily re-use your jar
