Aonori, sea parsley with long, thin leaves forming green clumps, is rich in vitamins, in particular, A, B12 and C. It should also be noted that it is rich in calcium, magnesium, lithium and iron. With its sweet and salty flavor, this seaweed is widely consumed in Japan in herbs, a bit like parsley here! It is mostly used raw in salads or sprinkled on our foods.
