A delicate fleur de sel harvested by hand on the Ile de Ré between Couarde sur Mer and Ars en Ré, in the heart of the Relais salt marshes. We added black garlic from Gironde, cooked for 3 weeks at low temperature, with a mild and digestible flavor and umami scent. As always, in a zero waste approach, we package it in a glass container with a cork jar. Our new labels are more easily removable so you can easily re-use your jar
