An intense fragrance for this fleur de sel from the Ile de Ré, harvested by hand, to which we incorporate broken ceps from Bordeaux (Boletus Edulis) Composition: Fleur de sel from the Ile de Ré (90%), Bordeaux ceps (10%). This fleur de sel will go wonderfully with your omelettes, cooking water, pan-fried vegetables, white meats and grilled meats.
