Apricot Strawberry Marmalade

Our rosemary apricot jam is an exciting blend of fragrant rosemary and apricots harvested at the peak of their season gently cooked until the flavors meld. This jam is a great addition to any breakfast spread: a generous dollop of it in yogurt with granola or spread on fresh sourdough will bring a taste of summer to your table. Our tip: blend the jam with some lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and mustard for an exciting salad dressing to pair with burrata and rocket. Ingridients: Aprikos, Raw Sugar, Rosemary.
