Spiced vinegar also known as ‘Sinamak’ is a popular condiment used in the Philippines as a dipping sauce, seasoning, or marinade. Our circulare version uses chili stems that are still packed with heat and flavor, black peppercorns, garlic, and bay leaf. Infused slowly over several months, the flavor is complex and deep. Mixed with some sugar and soy sauce it makes an excellent marinade for the protein of your choice. This extract is infused with 82% upcycled ingredients from our productions.
