LA DISPENSA DI LORENZO - Crushed Piennolo Tomatoes - DOP

Collected in clusters, these tomatoes are woven around a string tied in a circle, so as to form a large cluster (the piennolo). The name of this tomato comes from the method of harvesting and conservation of the peasants of Vesuvius.
