Señorío de la Tautila Blanco comes from airén that combines the sweetness and aroma of its origin with the necessary density to make this wine a great companion.       It is carefully prepared to be dealcoholized just before bottling, preserving its organoleptic characteristics and stealing only the alcoholic and caloric content of this perfumed and citrus white. Señorío de la Tautila Tempranillo has been produced through a system known as low-temperature vacuum distillation, the most traditional and least aggressive of the dealcoholization methods. Using this sophisticated method, the wine previously fermented in tank is processed without temperature or pressure attacks.
