"La Barca" an olive oil smoked according to the traditional method of the region Spanish “La Vera”. The smoking is made from oak wood and lasts 2 weeks. Olive oil is a mono-varietal Arbéquine oil. This smoked olive oil is produced in a very limited way, the bottles are numbered and a wax seal is affixed to each stopper. This oil can be used as a net on your meats and fish. She permits also to structure your dishes, soft-boiled eggs or roasted vegetables.
