Our maca is cultivated in its land of origin (Junin, at 4400 m Alt.) Rich in potassium *, Calcium, Phosphorus, source of Magnesium and Zinc. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and zinc helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction as well as to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. (*) Potassium is not recommended for the elderly or people with nephropathy. USES Maca is consumed at the rate of 1 teaspoon per day, in the morning or spread throughout the day.
