Grandma's shashlik spice, organic

One of my fondest childhood memories is standing in the kitchen with my grandma, marinating skewers with umpteen different spices and grandpa then grilling the skewers. I got the secret recipe out of her and here it is! Season the meat with the mixture and leave overnight. If you like, you can add a few tomatoes from the tin.
