Black Rasavat Pepper, organic

This pepper is our all-rounder. Rasavat is the Sinhalese word for "delicious" - the organic Rasavat pepper is rightly named. It grows in Sri Lanka near rivers and canals. The drainage creates large, tasty pepper berries on the panicles. Ideal for the pepper mill: the grains immediately reveal their light color and a wonderfully warm, delicious pepper aroma when they are ground.
