Catalan Aïoli 180gr

Catalan Aïoli, an essential sauce from the Mediterranean basin.   Catalan, our “Mediterranean flavors” aioli is therefore made without eggs. It’s a nice sauce made with garlic and oil.   It enhances fish dishes and accompanies raw or cooked vegetables. It can also be enjoyed on toast as an aperitif or in fish soups.
