Organic shortbread cookies with 3 peppers - 35g

Our range of gourmet savory biscuits is prepared less than 150km from the wheat field, by our producer Alain in Vienne (86).  Ultra delicious, their texture of real homemade shortbread is obtained thanks to the right balance between: organic flour and Grana Padano PDO, pastry butter and fresh eggs.  For a seasoning with character, the dough is sprinkled with generous bursts of pink berries and black and white pepper with fruity notes.  They are then cut into small rectangles to dip as desired in our Fine Vegetable Creams.
