Saffron (1g)

A whole 1g of "Superior Quality" graded Spanish Saffron threads in a resealable pot to retain freshness. A key ingredient in paella, Saffron provides colour flavour to soups, fish stew or Bouillabaisse, sauces  risotto. Be generous - add a good pinch when cooking rice for a rich golden colour delicate flavour. Normally, supermarket saffron is about 0.35g for about £3 , so at around 3 times more saffron, it's terrific value as well as being an incredible spice!
