Our Experimental Organic Oolong Tea is a rarity from the mountains of Nepal. Harvested in spring 2023, this tea undergoes a unique fermentation process that makes it an exceptional tasting experience. After an 8-day fermentation period in an environment with limited access to oxygen, the leaves are rolled and squeezed into an airtight fermentation vessel, thus preserving their freshness and distinctive aroma.
