Oolong Spring Tea Osmanthus Zhang Ping Narcissus - 10 g

Zhang Ping Narcissus Spring Osmanthus Oolong Tea from Zhang Ping is the only oolong tea with pressed leaves: this type of tea has a rare and unique quality and a strong traditional flavor.

The aroma is delicate and persistent, with a floral and natural orchid fragrance.

The taste is soft and delicate, fresh and lively, with a surprising scent of narcissus captured by the most expert palates.

Osmanthus flowers have been added to create a blend that compliments the flavor and authenticity of the tea, giving us a refreshing taste.  This tea comes from Zhang Ping, located in the famous Fujian oolong tea producing region.  Place of Origin Zhang Ping, Fujian, China Brewing Method We highly recommend brewing this tea in the traditional Chinese method (Gong Fu Cha) with a gaiwan holding approximately 150 ml.

Following this preparation, with 5 grams you can make multiple infusions useful to better experience all the flavors of the tea.  After a quick rinse of the leaves with water at a temperature of 90°C, you can proceed with an initial infusion of 25 seconds and, subsequently, keeping the water at the same temperature, you can continue to exploit the product by adding more water and increasing the approximately 5 seconds the previous infusion time.  For a more classic Western-style preparation, we recommend infusing 3 g in a 200 ml cup with water at 90°C for an infusion time of 3 minutes.  For a better tasting experience we suggest you filter the tea as soon as the infusion time has finished.

The infusion times suggested by us can be slightly modified to your liking to obtain a more or less intense flavour.  It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  Benefits of Oolong tea The main benefits that can be drawn from oolong teas derive from the significant content of mineral salts and antioxidant phenols present in the leaves.  Some studies, in fact, report that the daily intake of oolong tea can affect bone health by improving the concentration of minerals in this tissue and promoting a decrease in blood sugar thanks to the stimulating effect of phenols on insulin.  Furthermore, oolong teas generally have a low concentration of caffeine.

This characteristic makes them suitable to be consumed at any time of the day even by the most sensitive people to this exciting substance.
